MEET OUR TEAM

RAY McCRARY II

Pastor Ray is the Lead Pastor here at Indy Southside Naz and has been in pastoral ministries for thirty-seven years. He graduated from Hobe Sound Bible College and later completed his MA in Pastoral Leadership through Olivet Nazarene University. Pastor Ray came to Indy Southside Naz in 2012. Since then, he had guided the church through transition days into the new reality of ministry to the diversity which is in the Southside of our city.

Pastor Ray, along with his wonderful spouse Lenea, are the proud parents of three daughters, who are themselves actively involved the ministries of Indy Southside Naz, and two grandchildren.

THOM FISH

Pastor Thom has been on staff at Indy Southside Naz since 2017. Currently, he is serving in the roll of Executive Pastor. He and his wife, Rachelle, are very passionate about building strong families in the church and serving our community. He has two great children and works full-time as an accountant.

MARISSA McCRARY

Pastor Marissa has been on staff at Indy Southside Naz since 2020. She is a graduate of Ohio Christian University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Theology from Asbury Theological Seminary. Pastor Marissa serves as the worship pastor and marketing director at Indy Southside Naz and is passionate about creating a blended style of music that connects everyone in the room to Christ.
